Iranian ships re-flagged

Counter-CutIran is much in the news nowadays, but here is some news most mainstream media will not mention.  There is considerable debate about how well the sanctions are working.  This article seems to indicate that Iran  might be feeling a pinch from the sanctions because they are re-flagging their ships.

Re-flagging is simply the process of re-registering the ships in another country, which makes them harder to track and identify, and easier for Iran to circumvent the sanctions.  One must never forget, however, that Iran continues full steam ahead with its nuclear development program in spite of the sanctions.
